Personal Interview QnA

Q1.

This is often the very first thing an interviewer will ask you to do. This is an opening move to make you comfortable as every candidate prepares for this question, after all, you know all about yourself yet many get it wrong. Also Depending on what you say it’s going to help them figure out the next question, which might help start a chain effect of follow-up questions and lend an easy flow to the conversation.

When answering this question, it's important for the candidate to approach the answer in a professional and neutral manner. The goal is to provide relevant information that highlights the candidate's strengths, experiences, and qualifications. The candidate should aim to present themselves as a well-rounded individual who has the necessary skills and qualities to be a part of the Indian Armed Forces.
